Where 26 boards rank this prospect
An odd prospect. Supper skinny, and not really an explosive athlete, but he's an elite shot blocker. Timing and how he uses his length is elite. Doesn't commit fouls either. Can take a drive into the chest and then just contort his body to still block the shot. However, shot blocking is really his only skill. Isn't a great rebounder for a center, and doesn't have much offensive game outside of lobs. And even with lobs, he's a subpar option compared to most other big prospects. Ironically, Virginia's defense was actually better when he wasn't on the floor. I'd imagine it was rebounding related, given his lack of strength. He actually played less than half the game on average. Has one elite skill, but I don't see him sticking in the NBA.
